This lesson introduces interjections and their role in expressing sudden emotions or reactions. Students will learn how words and expressions such as wow, oh, unfortunately, and excellent can communicate feelings such as surprise, happiness, excitement, sadness, or disappointment. Students will practice recognizing and using interjections appropriately.
